Terms for pilots and early access
These terms are a simple public-facing baseline for Tacite’s current early access stage. They are meant to support pilot conversations and product review, not replace final legal review.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Tacite for unlawful activity, abuse of connected services, unauthorized access attempts, or any workflow that would violate the rights or privacy of other people.
Availability and product changes
Because Tacite is in an early stage, uptime, behavior, and feature coverage are not guaranteed. The team may update, pause, or remove parts of the service or pilot access at any time.
Feedback and pilot collaboration
If you join a pilot or share product feedback, Tacite may use that feedback to improve the product. This does not transfer ownership of your own underlying business materials or confidential data.
